Lavish today announced it has entered into an agreement with Action Solutions Vouchers Ltd under which it will acquire the Lavish business as of today. The new move will see Lavish continue to work as a gift card provider in the spa, beauty and wellbeing sector, offered both direct to consumer and alongside strategic partnerships partners in the area of employee engagement rewards and incentives. This acquisition plans to see Lavish accelerated in its growth.
The new owners of Lavish include Brian and Katrina Dunne alongside a team working within sales, finance and partnerships/marketing.
Brian brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from the Gift card industry, previously running Gift card programmes for major retailers and has a lifetime achievement award from the UK Gift Card and Voucher Association. He was also past president of the Incentive Marketing Association. Brian has been MD of Whitbread Leisure Vouchers and is a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality.
Katrina has Director and board level HR experience for high growth organisations. She has also run a Hospitality Recruitment Consultancy and has experience of strategic talent management. She is passionate about employee reward and recognition and has seen the positive impact that the spa, beauty and wellness industry can have on employee engagement, recognition and productivity.
