Arch Barn Harewood Holistics

The Arch Barn is a state of the art, newly refurbished studio based within Harewood Estate in Yorkshire. The studio has immersive colour mood lighting, exposed grade II listed beams, surround sound, underfloor heating and is fully equiped with all props you might need. We also offer relaxing treatments in our two treatment rooms with our menu including Swedish massage, pregnancy massage, sports massage, bespoke aromatherapy massage, reiki, reflexology and facials. Our classes include energising vinyasa flow, ashtanga fusion, yin, sound, pilates, hatha restorative and hatha level 2. Our events feature gong baths, yin and myofascial release, yogic sleep and meditation to name just a few.

The Arch Barn studio offers energising and restorative events from lakeside yoga, woodland moon and cacao ceremonies to immersive gong baths. We offer a range of relaxing treatments such as hot stone, swedish massage, reflexology, reiki and facials. We also run our full class schedule of yoga and pilates classes in the lovingly restored, grade II listed studio. We have 5 miles of walks through deer parks and historic parklands from the front door of the studio. We have free parking and no entry fee required to Harewood Estate.
