The is an electronic gift card that is delivered instantly to the recipient via email or SMS.
When I send someone an eGift, how do I know it’s been sent?
You will receive a confirmation email to let you know the order was successful.
Can I reload my Lavish gift card?
No you can’t reload your gift card at this time.
Can I order Lavish gift cards in bulk for corporate use?

Is there an expiry date on a Lavish gift card?
Yes, Lavish gift cards have an expiry date of 12 months from the date of purchase.

What happens if I don’t use the full balance of the card?
The amount you spend at the location of your choice will be deducted from the card balance and the remaining amount stays on the card for 12 months.
Do I need to activate my Lavish gift card?
No, when you receive a gift card or eGift these are ready to use.
What happens if I lose my gift card?
If you have made a note of the gift card number, please contact us at hello@lavish.co.uk and we can transfer the balance of the card to a new one.
Alternatively, please send us your order number and we can try and locate the card number on your order.
Without this information, the card is like cash and if lost, we would be unable to replace it.
