You can send a physical gift card in the post, delivered in a presentation wallet, or an instant eGift sent via email or SMS.

We accept all major credit or debit cards and all payments are processed using 3D secure.

Any value between £5 and £250 can be loaded onto a gift card.

No you can’t reload your gift card at this time.

Yes, Lavish gift cards have an expiry date of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Using your gift card

The amount you spend at the location of your choice will be deducted from the card balance and the remaining amount stays on the card for 12 months.

No, when you receive a gift card or eGift these are ready to use.

If you have made a note of the gift card number, please contact us at hello@lavish.co.uk and we can transfer the balance of the card to a new one.

Alternatively, please send us your order number and we can try and locate the card number on your order.

Without this information, the card is like cash and if lost, we would be unable to replace it.
